Anthony was born 15 Nov 1917. Anthony was the son of Alferd Ferdinand Kimmi and Ella Mae Smith. Anthony died 06 Sep 1994 at 76 years of age. At 24 years of age Anthony became the father of Elizabeth Ann Kimmi 04 Oct 1942. At 26 years of age Anthony became the father of Anthony LeRoy Kimmi 01 Mar 1944. At 28 years of age Anthony became the father of Sandra Kay Kimmi 14 Nov 1946. At 31 years of age Anthony became the father of Barbara Sue Kimmi 09 Nov 1949.

At 23 years of age Marie became the mother of Elizabeth Ann Kimmi 04 Oct 1942. At 25 years of age Marie became the mother of Anthony LeRoy Kimmi 01 Mar 1944. At 27 years of age Marie became the mother of Sandra Kay Kimmi 14 Nov 1946. At 30 years of age Marie became the mother of Barbara Sue Kimmi 09 Nov 1949. Funeral services for Marie Elizabeth Kimmi, 78, of Junction City will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Bert Buurman officiating. She died Sunday, Aug. 24, 1997, at her home. She was born on Jan. 16, 1919, at the Ohio Township in Morris County, Walter LeRoy Olson and Harriet ingeborg (Nicholson) Olson. She graduated from Dwight High School and then attended the Salt City Business College in Hutchinson. Mrs. Kimmi had lived in Junction City since 1969. Before that she lived and worked in Minneapolis, Kan., from 1956 to 1964. She worked for the secretary for the Kansas Farm Bureau and retired in 1980. She was married to Anthony Kimmi, on Aug 25, 1940, in Dwight. Mrs. Kimmi was a member of the First United Methodist Church; the Methodist Women; the Order of the Eastern Star; Farm Bureau Retirees Association. She was also a past president of the Junction City Senior Citizens' Center. Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Elliott of Junction City; one son, Anthony LeRoy Kimmi of Park City, Utah; four brothers, Andrew Olson of Dwight, George Olson of Prairie Village, John Olson of Cooperstown, N.Y. and Charles Olson of Leawood; two sisters, Harriet Mayer of Phoenix and Laura Belle Welter of Escondido, Calif.; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on Sept. 8,1994; and two daughters. Casketbearers were Stephen Heinicke, Terry Heldstab, Rex Rasmussen, Victor Olson, Kay Heldstab and Ross Olson. Organist for the service was Judy Hofer and vocalist was Joel Hofer. Memorial contributions were given to the First United Methodist Church. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Johnson Funeral Chapel. Burial was at Dwight Cemetery in Morris County.
