He married Hazel Mann 12 May 1924. (Hazel Mann is #3905.) Hazel was born 2 Mar 1900. Hazel died 10 Dec 1969 at 69 years of age. At 32 years of age Hazel became the mother of Donald Eugene Rigleman 8 Jul 1932.

At 31 years of age Harmon became the father of Donald Eugene Rigleman 8 Jul 1932.

Harmon Shipman Rigleman and Hazel Mann had the following children:
