He married Elizabeth Ault Wayne Co., Ohio, 24 Sep 1857.⁽¹¹⁾ (Elizabeth Ault is #5629.) Elizabeth became the mother of Russel Allen Rigleman 19 Dec 1873. Elizabeth became the mother of Samuel J. Rigleman 8 Oct 1876.

At 38 years of age David became the father of Russel Allen Rigleman 19 Dec 1873. At 41 years of age David became the father of Samuel J. Rigleman 8 Oct 1876.

David Rigleman and Elizabeth Ault had the following children:
